Baked By Jones: How SPF grant funding helped Rachel with her career change

With support from our Shared Prosperity Fund, Baked By Jones has been able to invest in new equipment – improving baking efficiency and increasing capacity to meet growing demand.

For owner Rachel Jones, the funding has brought a sense of security, allowing her to plan ahead with confidence. She now hopes to take on a new team member within the next year.

The quality and popularity of Baked By Jones’ cakes have also helped build strong local partnerships, with their bakes now being served at local cafés such as Booths By The Bridge – further supporting the local economy and small business growth.
