Just minutes from both junctions 41 and 42 of the M4, Baglan Energy Park has become one of Wales’ premier business and industrial locations.
With 180 acres, the park is helping to transform the area, secure a green industrial future (it’s won awards for its regeneration and sustainability practices) and create thousands of job opportunities.
The park has become home to the University of South Wales Hydrogen Centre, Wales’ first hydrogen research and demonstration centre, the Baglan Bay Innovation Centre and most recently, the Bay Technology Centre. This is an energy-positive hybrid building that will provide a range of flexible office and laboratory space to start-ups and indigenous businesses, with a focus on the on the Technology and Innovation and R&D sectors.
Other businesses in the park include Ecolab, Intertissue, Montagne Jeunesse, RWE Renewables, Swansea Bay University Health Board and Neath Port Talbot Council.
