Levi Roberts, founder of Flame & Bake, successfully launched and scaled his pizza business with support from funding provided by the Tata Growth Fund.
Through the grant programme, Levi, a former steelworker, was able to purchase a catering trailer and essential equipment, enabling him to bring his business concept to market.
Originally established in Port Talbot, Flame & Bake has since expanded into Merthyr Tydfil, demonstrating the tangible impact that targeted funding can have in supporting business growth and regional enterprise.
