Fel rhan o&#8217;r Rhaglen Adfywio sy&#8217;n dal i fynd rhagddi ar gyfer Port Talbot, bydd yr Awdurdod yn gwneud addasiadau a gwaith adnewyddu mewnol i greu swyddfeydd cynllun agored hygyrch a hyblyg er mwyn gwella ardal Glannau&#8217;r Harbwr ymhellach a chynnal bywiogrwydd y rhan hon o&#8217;r dref. Caiff y prosiect hwn ei ariannu&#8217;n rhannol gan raglen Trawsnewid Trefi Llywodraeth Cymru sy&#8217;n cefnogi prosiectau i ailddatblygu a gwella canol trefi ac annog trefi defnydd cymysg fel lleoedd i fyw a gweithio ynddynt, ymweld \u00e2 nhw ac aros ynddynt.  <\/p>\n<p>Ar hyn o bryd, mae hen adeilad y T\u00eem Troseddau Ieuenctid (a fydd yn cael ei ailenwi) yn adeilad gwag amlwg yng nghanol tref Port Talbot.<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#8217;r adeilad wedi&#8217;i leoli ar un o&#8217;r prif ffyrdd i mewn i Bort Talbot ar hyd Ffordd yr Harbwr a gwblhawyd yn ddiweddar, ac mae&#8217;n agos at ardal safle cyflogaeth strategol Glannau&#8217;r Harbwr, yn ogystal \u00e2 gorsaf drenau Parcffordd sydd wedi&#8217;i hailddatblygu a&#8217;r Hyb Trafnidiaeth Integredig.
