Mae&#8217;n ffordd o sicrhau effaith gadarnhaol hirhoedlog ar ein cymunedau, ac yn ein helpu ymhellach i gyflawni ein dyletswydd i gydymffurfio \u00e2 Deddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau&#8217;r Dyfodol (Cymru) 2015 sy&#8217;n ei gwneud yn ofynnol i ni geisio gwella llesiant economaidd, cymdeithasol, amgylcheddol a diwylliannol y sir ym mhopeth a wnawn.<\/p>\n<p>Yn sgil cyflwyno Deddf Partneriaeth Gymdeithasol a Chaffael Cyhoeddus (Cymru) 2023, mae caffael yn gwneud cyfraniad hollbwysig at sicrhau canlyniadau cynaliadwy ac mae&#8217;r Cyngor yn ymrwymedig i wreiddio gwerth cymdeithasol yn ei holl arferion a phenderfyniadau prynu. Un o&#8217;r ffyrdd allweddol y gall wneud hyn yw drwy fynd ati i wella effeithiau cymdeithasol, economaidd ac amgylcheddol ehangach y nwyddau, gwasanaethau a gwaith y bydd yn eu caffael a&#8217;r sefydliadau y bydd yn gwneud busnes gyda nhw.<br><br><strong>Diffinnir gwerth cymdeithasol fel effaith gadarnhaol ar bobl leol a chymunedau lleol ac, felly, mae&#8217;r Cyngor yn annog contractwyr a
