Rhaid i ymgeiswyr fod yn rhydd-ddeiliad yr eiddo neu'n denant gyda phrydles sydd \u00e2 chyfnod heb ddod i ben o leiaf 5 mlynedd o'r dyddiad y disgwylir i'r grant gael ei dalu allan. <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-75f617e2 elementor-widget-laptop__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"75f617e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\" data-contrast=\"auto\">Mae&#8217;r CPG yn grant dewisol sy&#8217;n talu hyd at 50% o&#8217;r costau cymwys. Mae gwaith cymwys yn cynnwys yr hyn sy&#8217;n cyfrannu&#8217;n uniongyrchol at wella ymddangosiad allanol yr adeilad fel y gwelir o dir y cyhoedd.
